An integrated one-piece forged design combines the vapor chamber and liquid-cooled heat-transfer structure into a single thermal path. By eliminating a TIM2 layer, the design minimizes interfacial resistance and enables rapid heat transport and efficient heat rejection under high heat loads. The thermal module is designed to fit within a 1U height envelope, with a design target of providing thermal management for a 3000W+ single-chip thermal load.
