Jack（王天來）
Jack has dedicated his career to research and development in thermal management, forging, machining, and metallic materials. He develops innovative manufacturing processes to address emerging thermal challenges.
He received his first patent at the age of 19 and has been granted multiple patents. With 40 years of entrepreneurial experience, his achievements span dozens of successful projects in technology development and business model innovation, including the business model for barebones computer systems.
His achievements include the world’s first successful mass production of magnesium alloy components using semi-solid injection molding at Waffer Technology. His entrepreneurial track record also includes Waffer Technology, Amazing Microelectronic, and Aleees, all of which are publicly listed companies.

Alex Chen（陳文河）
Alex is a certified public accountant in Taiwan. Before joining CUIL, he worked at the Taiwan Stock Exchange, serving in IT and internal audit and as a Senior Specialist in the Listing Department.
He completed his graduate studies in business administration at Chung Yuan Christian University.

Kenneth Tai（邰中和）
Kenneth is a Taiwanese entrepreneur, venture capitalist, and co-founder of Acer. He currently serves as Chairman of InveStar Capital and Zettabyte.
He previously served as Chairman of Chief Telecom, Richtek Technology, and DIGITIMES, and as an Independent Director of BOE Technology Group.
He holds a master’s degree in management science from Tamkang University and a bachelor’s degree from National Chiao Tung University.

Leon Liu（劉錦賢）
Vice President of R&D
Han-Min Wang Ph.D.（王漢民）
Before joining CUIL, Hanmin worked as a patent attorney at Yuso International Patent & Trademark Office. He also held supervisory roles in the R&D departments of Sino-American Silicon Products and GlobalWafers, with responsibilities covering research and development, quality assurance, and intellectual property.
He holds a master’s degree and a Ph.D. in chemistry from National Tsing Hua University, where he also served as a postdoctoral researcher. He qualified as a patent attorney in Taiwan through the national examination.

Jeff Fang（方卓杰）
Jeff served as a Director of Sigma Original Corp. and Mitrana Energy Co., Ltd., both in the United States.
He brings more than 20 years of experience in information technology, investment, and strategic partnerships, including work with Lite-On IT Corporation and Raite Optoelectronics Co., Ltd.
He studied land administration at National Chung Hsing University.
